Update: 8/22/12

Castiel is happy and healthy. He's constantly running around and has soooo much energy!! His sore hip rarely bugs him and he's STILL growing. He's shot up a couple of inches. He has a slight sore hip (result of falling down an riverbank as a pup!), but we've seen a chiropractor and he'll be going for adjustments in the fall.
